We are currently hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to support community outreach and fundraising campaigns for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and excited to build experience in community engagement, fundraising, event marketing, and leadership development.
In this role, you’ll interact directly with the public at retail activations, live events, and outreach campaigns, helping raise awareness and support for meaningful charitable initiatives while creating positive community experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with community members face-to-face at retail events, pop-up campaigns, and outreach activations
- Share information about nonprofit organizations, charitable missions, and current fundraising initiatives
- Educate supporters on how donations and community involvement create real impact
- Assist individuals interested in supporting campaigns through donations, sign-ups, or participation opportunities
- Maintain professional and positive representation during all events and outreach efforts
- Help coordinate event materials, promotional displays, and campaign setup
- Work closely with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development sessions
- Learn and apply communication, outreach, and donor engagement strategies in real-time environments
