We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our New Orleans office. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet clients and visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and team members with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains welcoming and organized.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Assist internal teams with scheduling, vendor coordination, and basic office tasks.
- Uphold Park 6 Logistics’ brand values by delivering an exceptional first impression.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive, approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Prior experience in reception, office administration, or customer service is preferred.
