MSW (Hybrid)

Pariva Health is looking for a masters level clinician to be a Diagnostic Specialist on our team. They will work under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist providing assessment and writing reports for children ages 16 months to 12 years old. Assessments focus on developmental delays (including autism spectrum disorder diagnosis), executive functioning concerns, and behavioral and emotional problems. This is a primarily telehealth position (2-3 days per week require travel to do in-person assessments).

Our model is hybrid as we do have some partnerships with providers to provide on-site rapid assessments 2 to 3 times per week.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations for children and adolescents
• Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate diagnoses
• In collaboration with a clinically trained support team, prepare and complete, on a timely basis, detailed psychological reports Including, but not limited to, assessment findings, treatment recommendations, etc.
• Maintain complete and confidential records and documentation for each client
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
• Will need to travel to partner provider sites 2-3 times/week.
  
  

Qualifications

• Interest in diagnostic assessment.
• Experience working as a clinician in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience with psychological assessment of children, preferably with neurodivergent conditions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team with clients and families
• Ability to engage in telehealth sessions (laptop, internet access, etc).
• Master of Social Work degree or similar.
• Willingness to learn an openness to supervision process.
• Good writing skills.
