Field Enrollment ND Family Support (Hybrid)

Pariva Health is looking for a Field Enrollment Team Member to join our team.Our mission is to empower the families of neurodivergent children through our whole-family engagement model. This will be a field-only active role. This includes interacting with families that have reached out to us and helping them to qualify for the program but also assisting in the field with Organizations looking to partner with us. The hours of operation fluctuate, typically 9-5, but you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.

Locations Preferred:

• MA (Boston, Worcester, and Springfield); mileage is reimbursed
• CT (Norwalk); mileage is reimbursed
• RI mileage is reimbursed
  
  

Duties/Responsibilities

• Full pipeline ownership: Enroll Families into the program. Following up and scheduling meetings / appointment for and with them
• This role will be completely in the field in the assigned territory. Including visiting Providers or Schools in person.
• Review Health Benefits with Prospects
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese is a plus)
• Experience with using a CRM like Hubspot, ZOHO or Salesforce
• Must work with flexible hours, but typical shifts are 9-5 and 11-7
• Comfortable speaking with Providers and School Administrators
• Salesperson Mentality. Comfortable with Goals and KPI’s
• Tech Savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Products
