About Parisi Labs

Parisi Labs is building foundational world models for physical industry. We are developing models that learn how complex physical systems behave and reuse that understanding across forecasts, scenarios, and operational decisions.

Energy is our first proving ground. We combine historical and live data with operational context, bringing together machine learning research, data infrastructure, and software engineering to turn advances in modeling into useful technology for energy operators.

We are a small technical team working directly with the founders on our core models, systems, and products.

Build your own role

If you see a way to make Parisi Labs meaningfully better and don't see it reflected in our open roles, we'd like to hear from you.

Tell us what you would own, why it matters, and why you're the person to do it. Your proposal could span research, engineering, product, design, energy operations, commercial work, or something we haven't named yet. We're interested in specific contributions that advance our models, products, or work with customers.

What to include

• The role you would build and the problem or opportunity it addresses.

• Why Parisi Labs is the right place for that work, and what you would aim to accomplish in your first 90 days.

• Evidence of relevant work: things you've built, shipped, researched, sold, or operated. A resume, portfolio, project, or publication can help us understand your contribution.

• Your desired compensation range, including annual base salary and currency, plus any equity or other compensation expectations.

A concise, thoughtful proposal is enough. We care about clear thinking, ownership, and evidence that you can turn an idea into useful work.

What happens next

This is an open application for potential opportunities. If your proposal aligns with our priorities, we'll reach out to explore the fit and shape of the role together. We may also keep your application in mind for future opportunities; submitting a proposal does not guarantee an immediate opening or interview.

Location and compensation

Our current roles are hybrid in New York City or Boston/Cambridge, with in-person collaboration three days per week. Please tell us your preferred location.

Scope, seniority, salary, and equity will depend on the role we define together. Please share the compensation range you would want in your application.
