Parishioners Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to support our mission and serve our diverse membership, including the Catholic community and our partnership with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
This role is responsible for originating, underwriting, and servicing consumer and real estate loans while delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate builds trusted relationships, maintains strong compliance and documentation standards, and supports responsible lending growth.

- Engage members through education, relationship-building, and personalized lending solutions
- Invest responsibly through sound underwriting and disciplined lending practices
- Serve members, parishes, schools, and Archdiocesan employees with professionalism, care, and accuracy
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of lending experience in a financial institution
• Knowledge of consumer and real estate lending
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Catholic or community-based organizations preferred
