DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot, upgrade, repair, or replace hardware and software components.
Provide support, training, and guidance to users on the operation of hardware and software components.
Maintain good relationships and communications with all departments and colleagues.
Set up new user accounts and profiles, manage access permissions, and handle password-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and support activities to facilitate future troubleshooting and improve service quality.
Work with other IS team members to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues as necessary.
