What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care and Treatment Coordinator position at Parish Family Dental?
Looking for more than just another dental office?
At Parish Dental, we believe dentistry should be personal. Our mission is simple:
To create healthy and happy smiles through the most comfortable and compassionate dental care possible.
We are a privately owned practice that genuinely values our team just as much as our patients. We work hard, support one another, celebrate wins together, and strive to create an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day.
If you're someone who loves building relationships, educating patients, and helping people move forward with treatment that improves their health and confidence, we'd love to meet you.
About the Position:
We're looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.
Our ideal schedule is Full-Time, but we're happy to be flexible for the right person. Our office is currently open Monday through Thursday, with occasional opportunities to work Fridays as needed or if you're interested in additional hours.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, helping them understand their treatment options, and creating an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Present recommended treatment in a confident, compassionate, and educational manner
- Review financial arrangements and insurance benefits
- Help patients schedule treatment and overcome barriers to care
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with unscheduled treatment
- Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Build genuine relationships with patients while providing outstanding customer service
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about improving their oral health
What We're Looking For:

- Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Confident communicating with patients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive, dependable, and a team player
- Comfortable discussing finances and treatment recommendations
- Able to multitask while maintaining exceptional patient service
- Growth-minded and always looking to improve
Dental experience is preferred. Treatment coordinating experience is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and personality.
Our Core Values:
These aren't just words on a wall—they guide how we care for our patients and each other.

- Positive, drama-free team culture
- Modern technology and high-quality dentistry
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and communication
- Opportunities to grow professionally
