Pariseault Builders, Inc. is seeking laborers to perform a wide variety of maintenance and construction-related work, following project plans and safety requirements, to support the overall construction process.

- Aid in the removal of obstacles and hazards from the job site, including clearing debris, leveling ground, backfilling holes, and preparing construction site for work.
- Load/unload and transport construction supplies and materials to designated areas using hand tools and machinery.
- Build, set up and dismantle temporary structures, including scaffolding, signs, ramps and barricades.
- Assist skilled craft workers, including carpenters and working foreperson employees in daily work such as holding materials, positioning tools and performing basic tasks.
- Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, hammers and power tools (jackhammers, saws and drills, etc.) and heavy construction tools as needed.
- May assist in preparing, cleaning, taping and applying various finishes to buildings, rooms or other structures, including primers, sealers and paint.
- Perform site cleanup.
- Assist all project team members to ensure the delivery of high quality work.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report hazards and safety violations immediately to the site supervisor.
- Ensure the job site area is clean and organized at all times, including cleaning, storing and maintaining applicable tools and equipment.
- Complete assigned training and obtain relevant certifications as part of continual development of skills and advancement into other roles.
- High School diploma or a GED
- Ability to read labels, safety warnings and guidelines.
- Ability to receive and follow instructions, completing tasks according to project specifications and directions, and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- OSHA certification
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the Construction industry
- Meet physical demands of the job to include the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders and stairs, using 3 points of contact, perform repetitive tasks, and work in demanding weather conditions.
