We are seeking a Full-Time (35 hours a week) Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance Account Representative to join our team! 1 yr min Insurance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance customer inquiries, process insurance policy changes, applications, ID cards, Binders, Certificates of Insurance
- Process policy changes on Insurance company websites
- Rating Personal Lines insurance policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve insurance policy/coverage issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions on the Agency Management System
- Develop and Maintain a rapport with our clients
- Assist Insurance policyholders with claim reporting
Qualifications:
- 1 yr min Experience in Personal Lines Insurance and/or Commercial Lines Insurance Experience, New York Property & Casualty License a Plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook a plus, knowledge of Vertafore AMS360 Management System a plus
- P & C Insurance License a plus, Commissions available if licensed
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
