Middle School Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Arkansas Administrator License (Building Level) or eligibility for licensure
Administrative experience preferred
REPORTS TO: Superintendent
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
240 days; salary and benefits per Paris School District policy
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership for the middle school program.
Support teachers and staff in improving student learning.
Maintain a safe and positive school environment.
Supervise and evaluate staff.
Work with parents and the community.
Ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations.
Oversee student discipline and daily school operations.
