This New Role Would Include
- managing the quality of every piece of food prepped at the restaurant
- managing a small prep cook staff
- hiring / firing / managing prep staff
- managing food inventory and ordering all food ordering
- working with the operating partner to create and execute a small menu for our adjacent cocktail bar, Bar Lunette
- working with the operating partner to keep current menus up to date, analyze data, and introduce new menu items
- train and work the main crepe line 1-2 days per week to maintain food quality of crepe makers
- participating in bi-weekly management meetings to keep projects moving foward

Salary : $25 - $26
