Production Line Associate

Salary Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Eligible for a 10% performance bonus opportunity paid quarterly

1st Shift:  7:00am-3:00pm 

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm

The Production Line Associate is a vital member of our production team, working closely with the Press Operator to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in manufacturing. • Assist the Press Operator by efficiently catching and stacking printed materials on custom and stock presses.
• Conduct quality control checks to identify and remove defective or inconsistent materials.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient production process.
• Follow all safety protocols, as this is a safety-sensitive position.
• Sort and organize products according to specifications.
• Package and box finished products directly from the production line.
• Prepare materials by placing items in appropriately sized cartons or envelopes, sealing, and labeling them.
• Ensure job accuracy by reviewing job specifications and verifying that all materials are available at the press.
• Sort bundles by destination to ensure accurate distribution.
• Document production details, including weight, time, and date packaged.
• Stack finished cartons on pallets for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production efficiency.

Your Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, light industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• A Team player with a self-motivated, flexible, hands-on approach
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
