- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, safety performance, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects, including value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and standard work development.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to develop and implement sustainable process improvements that align with operational and financial goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and service levels.
- Train and coach managers and frontline employees on continuous improvement tools, problem-solving techniques, and best practices.
- Support safety initiatives by collaborating with the safety team to integrate continuous improvement principles into incident reduction, ergonomics, and compliance efforts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements involving operations, transportation, quality, maintenance, and IT systems.
- Support change management efforts to ensure the adoption and sustainability of new processes and standards.
- Prepare and present improvement results, savings, and performance trends to senior leadership.
- Maintain documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- Relevant expertise and/or certifications are a plus in continuous and process improvement programs .
