As a Kitchen Staff/Team Member in a catering operation and quick-service restaurant, you will support efficient daily service through food preparation, order assembly, customer service, and kitchen operations. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will rotate across front counter and cashiering, assembly and expediting, prep and cooking, and other stations while maintaining order accuracy, cleanliness, and strong team coordination. This role offers opportunities for cross-training across stations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and support prep and cooking activities.
- Assemble and expedite customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide front-counter and cashiering support.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and support food safety and sanitation.
- Rotate across stations based on operational needs.
- Deliver courteous customer service.
- Coordinate with team members to support smooth service.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in food service operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Food preparation experience.
- Kitchen equipment operation experience.
- Strong order accuracy, teamwork, customer service, and time management skills.
