Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts with precision and creativity.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to meet presentation standards.
- Package baked goods securely for retail or catering purposes, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
- Assist in food production processes, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and assembling products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen to comply with food safety regulations.
- Handle food safely according to industry standards, including proper storage and handling procedures.
- Support catering events by preparing baked goods and desserts as per client specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and assisting with special orders when needed.

Requirements
- Proven experience in pastry arts, baking, or culinary roles within the food industry.
- Strong cake decorating skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and baking techniques.
