Seeking full-time (30-40 hours/week) applicants to join our cake team at Paris Baguette Tukwila! Starting at one of the highest minimum wages in the country, Paris Baguette Tukwila also provides tips on top of each team member's base wages.

What You’ll Do

As a Caker, you’ll be the creative force behind our most joyful offerings:

• Decorate and assemble cakes, and desserts to recipe and visual brand standards
• Follow established production methods and maintain organized workflow
• Ensure cake displays are organized and visually appealing to enhance the guest experience in a timely and continuous manner
• Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components
• Manage daily production plans and workflows to meet café demand
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe decorating station
• Support special orders and guest customization needs when applicable
• Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently
• Monitor equipment and ingredient inventory, notifying supervisors of any issues or shortages
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks
• Help train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures
• Monitor product quality and consistency—because details matter
• Complete waste logs, production sheets, or prep reports as required
• Adapt to other bakery tasks as needed (we’re all one team!)
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.65 - $25.00 per hour
