Position Summary

Sandwich Team Members are responsible for preparing sandwiches, salads, sauces, and other food items while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during early morning production hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, dressings, and sauces
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Stock and organize ingredients and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
• Assist other areas of the café when needed
• Monitor inventory and communicate low stock or equipment issues
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help maintain daily prep and par levels

Qualifications

• 1 year of food handling or kitchen experience preferred
• Basic knife and food preparation skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
