Bakery/Cafe Barista and Retailer (full time)

This is a FULL TIME position. Candidate must have 5-6 days of availability during the week and be must be able to work some openings and closing shift.

NOTE: weekends and holidays is a must.

Please confirm the hours of availability needed for this position. Hours are approx 5:30 am to 10 pm. Work availability is key.

The Barista / Cashier candidate should be customer focused, motivated, and outgoing. Candidate should be committed to providing outstanding service and quality products every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards,
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products.
• Operate POS Cash register for customer orders
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items.
• Follows PB operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
• Maintains, or ensures maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment in accordance with PB cleanliness and safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
