Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behind-the-wheel instruction using dual-control vehicles.
• Teach vehicle control, defensive driving, parking techniques, and navigation of city traffic, highways, and neighborhoods.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain accurate records of lesson details and student progress.
• Ensure the training vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained; report any issues promptly.
• Communicate with students—and parents, if applicable—to discuss session outcomes and next steps.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver’s license (minimum 3 years held) with a clean driving record.
• Must be US Citizen.
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable driving in diverse conditions—urban, residential, and highway—day and night.
• Available during afternoons, evenings, and weekends for flexible scheduling.
• Preferred: Driving instructor certification or willingness to obtain one.
