We are seeking professional, personable, and detail-oriented Scent Attendants to join our growing event team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent an emerging luxury brand in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Position Summary
The Scent Attendant plays an essential role in delivering the Parfum Haus experience. You will engage with guests, guide them through fragrance selections, and ensure each perfume bottle is filled, sealed, and presented beautifully. This role requires excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and represent the Parfum Haus brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Guide guests through fragrance options and provide basic scent recommendations.
- Fill and label 30 ml perfume bottles accurately on-site following event protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing setup throughout the event.
- Follow product handling and presentation standards to ensure a luxury experience.
- Assist with event setup and teardown of the fragrance bar display and materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report to the Event Lead.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, hygiene standards, and client venue requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or beauty preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage guests with ease.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for presentation and aesthetics.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs during event setup.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues across the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
Availability & Schedule
- This is an on-call, event-based position.
- Most events occur on evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility is required; weekly availability must be submitted through Connecteam.
