Position Overview:
As a Mazda Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our Mazda customers by providing outstanding service and guidance throughout their vehicle service experience. You will be the liaison between our customers and our skilled service technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
Provide clear and detailed information about service options, costs, and timelines.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule service appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and service availability.
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
Communication:
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle.
Relay information between customers and service technicians to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Advising:
Identify additional service and maintenance needs based on customer vehicle history and manufacturer recommendations.
Effectively communicate recommended services and benefits to customers.
Documentation:
Accurately complete service orders and invoices.
Record and maintain customer and vehicle information in the dealership's system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with a focus on Mazda vehicles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
Familiarity with Mazda vehicles and their service requirements is a plus.
Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.
