Description of the role:

The Service Porter at Paretti Imports plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership facilities. This role involves assisting with various tasks and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Moving vehicles within the dealership and organizing them efficiently
• Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized parts department
• Supporting the service team by retrieving and delivering vehicles
• Providing excellent customer service by promptly attending to customer inquiries and requests
• Conducting general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing service areas
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role would be an asset
• Valid driver's license
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
