Pareto Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician who wants meaningful clinical work, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future of primary care. We are a population health-focused practice combining excellent patient care with evidence-based medicine, technology, AI-enabled tools, and team-based care. This is a true clinical position. You will manage your own patient panel, build lasting patient relationships, treat acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical teams.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, including half-day shifts across several days
- Schedule designed around patient needs and physician availability
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient Family Medicine and preventive care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions and medications
- Review laboratory results and diagnostic studies
- Coordinate specialist care and hospital follow-ups
- Maintain timely documentation and patient follow-up
- Collaborate with and mentor nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Support complex-care management, population health, and quality improvement

Qualifications Required:
- MD or DO degree
- Current unrestricted Florida medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current DEA registration or eligibility
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience or comfort with outpatient primary care and clinical technology
Preferred:
- Population health or value-based care experience
- Complex-care or chronic-disease management
- Advanced practice provider supervision or mentorship
- Quality improvement or healthcare systems experience
- Interest in AI-enabled clinical practice
Compensation$105–$125 per hour, based on experience, availability, supervisory responsibilities, and overall role configuration.
