Position Overview
Pareto Aluminum Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly accountable Accountant to manage and strengthen our financial operations as we scale. This role is critical in ensuring financial discipline, accuracy, and transparency across all aspects of the business—from day-to-day accounting to strategic financial insight.
The ideal candidate is not just a bookkeeper, but a proactive thinker who understands manufacturing operations, cost structures, and the importance of clean, reliable financial data in decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (GL, AP, AR)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the company
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Track and analyze product costs, BOM costs, and margins
- Work closely with engineering and operations to validate cost structures
- Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accuracy across warehouses
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies
- Manage vendor payments and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee customer invoicing and collections
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and reporting requirements
- Maintain internal controls and financial discipline across processes
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
- Support leadership with financial analysis and forecasting
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Provide insights on pricing, margins, and profitability
- Help build scalable financial systems as the company grows
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory systems
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
