- Provide personalized support in daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, community outings, etc.)
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and building life skills
- Encourage self-advocacy and meaningful choice
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
- Document services and communicate effectively with your team
