As a Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to families in a supervised setting. Your responsibilities will include facilitating their family time, ensuring that an emotionally and physically safe environment is maintained for all participants, and following the direction of the courts, as stated in the family referral. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and knowledge of child behavior principles are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Part-time/full time
Pay: $17 - $20.00 per hour plus mileage
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week, flexible schedule.

Qualifications:
· Must be 21 or older.
· Must be able to document on your resume 12 months paid or volunteer experience with children.
· Must have a RELIABLE, personal vehicle that can be used for daily transport of children to and from the visit site.
· Must be able to pass a DCYF background check.
· Must have current car insurance.
· Must present 3-year driving abstract.
· This position requires evening and weekend availability as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to multitask, complete paperwork, and electronic documentation of parent-child visits.
· Continued education to promote personal growth and development in understanding the complexities of these families.
· Assist with crisis management and intervention as needed
Collaborate with other team members to create and implement positive interactions for our families.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and interactions.
· High level of confidentiality
