Schedule: Aft/Eve · 15–20 hrs/wk · Flexible Scheduling based on client needs

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work directly with youth and families in the home, building trust and supporting daily functioning
  • Help youth develop emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills
  • Collaborate with caregivers, service providers, and your team in a Wraparound framework
  • Document services and track progress within EHR system, and participate in Child and Family Team meetings
  • Travel to Kids Weekends, in-person trainings, and organizational events as required

Our four-phase onboarding program is one of the most structured in our region — and it’s intentional. Before you carry a caseload, you’ll complete:

  • Phase 1: HR & systems orientation
  • Phase 2: Program and role foundations
  • Phase 3: Wraparound principles and practices
  • Phase 4: Supervised shadowing with experienced colleagues

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

Experience working with children, youth, or families

  • Understand trauma-informed or relationship-based care approaches
  • Are calm, patient, and comfortable supporting families during difficult moments
  • Want work that creates meaningful long-term impact

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2 years of experience working with children and families in supportive or mentorship-based capacities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Comfort with trauma-informed frameworks and community-based service settings
  • Experience working with youth and families who benefit from patient, trauma-informed, relationship-centered care

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Crisis intervention: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Behavior Support: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Ukiah, CA 95482 (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
