The Parent Child Development Center - Waipahu and Ewa is seeking to hire a full-time Licensed Social Worker to provide and coordinate services for infants and toddlers with developmental delay(s) in Waipahu and Ewa Beach communities.
This is a case management role with opportunities for utilizing clinical skills in accordance with appropriate credentialling. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meeting with families, providing information on the program, conducting assessments (intake, routine based, Battelle Developmental Inventory or Developmental Assessment of Young Children), coordinating home visits and meetings, developing Individual Family Support Plans and goals for the child's development, timely documentation, and connecting families to needed resources.
This position REQUIRES: A valid drivers license, reliable transportation and at minimum a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Social Work License.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4:30pm
