About the Role

As a Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you will build relationships with clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored coverage solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both sales and service.

We work Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims support
• Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience or a results-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Proficiency with agency management systems
