Position Summary
Responsible for operating and monitoring molding machines, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor molding machines based on production needs (may handle multiple machines).
- Inspect products regularly to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any defects or issues to a supervisor.
- Separate good and defective products.
- Grind excess material and assist with basic material handling tasks.
- Label and package finished products.
- Clean machines, conveyors, and work areas as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
