Warehouse Associate / Food Prep Bagger
Location: Fall River, MA
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates / Food Prep Baggers to join our food manufacturing team. This role involves packaging, bagging, and preparing food products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Package and bag food products according to company specifications
- Prepare ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies for production
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
- Label, seal, and box finished products for shipment
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and packaging information
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with moving materials and products throughout the facility
- Report quality concerns, damaged products, or equipment issues to supervisors
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, food production, packing, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments when required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or food production experience
- Experience performing quality inspections and verifying product information
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
