Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial settings, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras safely and effectively.
- Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during every phase of work.
- If provided operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while maintaining compliance with commercial driving regulations.
- Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and schematics interpretation necessary for precise installations.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in commercial plumbing projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards applicable to commercial construction sites.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, heavy lifting equipment, and plumbing-specific machinery safely.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with good problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues.
