What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice Plumber position at Pardue Plumbing?
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced commercial plumber
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Able to read and understand plans and specifications
- Experience with commercial new construction and tenant finish-outs
- Able to rough-in, trim out, and troubleshoot plumbing systems
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must have a strong work ethic and good attendance
- Must be able to communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, and other trades
- Journeyman license preferred but not required for the right experience level
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install commercial plumbing systems
- Perform underground, rough-in, and top-out work
- Install fixtures and complete trim-out
- Read blueprints and follow plumbing plans
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
- Coordinate work with superintendents, GCs, and other trades
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Complete work according to project schedules and company standards
