We are a growing independent insurance agency in Illinois looking to add a Commercial Lines Producer to our team.
This is a sales-focused role for someone who wants to build and grow a book of business with access to multiple carriers, strong support, and real income potential.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and develop new commercial clients (contractors, small business, habitational, etc.)
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Work with account managers to help quote and bind coverage
- Cross-sell additional lines (workers comp, umbrella, cyber)
- Develop referral sources and long-term relationships
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission
- Access to multiple A-rated carriers (not captive)
- Service team support so you can focus on sales

- Illinois Property & Casualty License (required)
- Insurance sales experience preferred (commercial or personal lines)
- Motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills
- Interest in building a long-term book of business
$50,000 – $120,000 (commission)
