What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE position at Pardoe's Perky Peanuts, Inc.?
Pardoe's Perky Peanuts is actively seeking talented and reliable employees for FULL-TIME 1st shift & 2nd Shift. FULL-TIME opportunities are available in Montandon, PA. Employees will be required to perform moderately physical and repetitive work with attention to safety, quality and detail. Job could include machine operation or work as part of a production team.
Candidates must have: ability to repetitively lift up to 25 lbs., reliable transportation to work, ability to perform manual labor, ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Once probationary period is completed employees are entitled to paid holidays, 10 paid days off per year, retirement program, monthly attendance bonuses and Aflac benefits.
Starting Pay:
1st Shift - $13.50/hour - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 10 HOUR SHIFTS
2nd Shift - $15.50/hour - MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 10 HOUR SHIFTS
SIGN-ON BONUS - $500 after successful completion of probationary period.
