The Mission
Pardo Yachts Miami is seeking an organized, high-level Service Director to lead our service operations and parts management. We have an established, high-performing technical team and robust in-house IT support in place. Your mission is to serve as the central operational link—the person who ensures that every repair project is tracked, every part is accounted for, and every stakeholder is kept informed until the job is 100% complete.
Core Responsibilities
- Mobile Workforce Optimization: Strategically leverage our mobile technical workforce to increase service volume, minimize downtime, and drive superior customer satisfaction through on-site efficiency.
- Project Completion: Take full ownership of the service lifecycle, ensuring repairs meet Pardo’s standards and are documented in detail from start to finish.
- Parts & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and arrival of all boat repair parts, ensuring the service team has the resources needed to maintain momentum.
- Rapid Stakeholder Communication: Maintain a fast, proactive, and transparent feedback loop with customers, marine subcontractors, and management. You are the "human element" that ensures no one is left waiting for an update.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and vet external vendors to ensure they meet our strict timelines and quality requirements.
