Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Operations & Production Coordinator to

help keep our marketing projects, campaigns, and content workflows moving from idea to

execution.

This role is for someone who does more than wait for assignments. The right person actively

monitors what is open, what is stuck, what needs clarification, and what needs to move next. They

help turn marketing requests, collaboration, strategy discussions, and creative ideas into clear

tasks, coordinated timelines, and consistent rollouts across channels.

This person will support recurring marketing initiatives including case studies, postcards,

newsletters, mailers, campaign assets, social content, landing page briefs, and other marketing

production needs. They should be comfortable working with existing brand materials, assembling

copy/content, using AI tools to work efficiently, coordinating with team members, and making sure

marketing work is actually completed and delivered.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. This is a Monday through Friday, remote position, with the possibility of occasional in-person work for candidates based in the Los Angeles area.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage incoming marketing requests and translate them into clear, organized, actionable

tasks.

● Maintain marketing project workflows in Asana, including assignments, deadlines, status

updates, dependencies, and follow-ups.

● Proactively monitor open projects, identify what is stalled, and push next steps forward

without needing constant direction.

● Help connect collaboration, ideas, strategy discussions, and campaign needs into organized

marketing rollouts.

● Coordinate and execute recurring marketing workflows such as case studies, postcards,

newsletters, mailers, campaign assets, social content, and landing page briefs.

● Help ensure marketing campaigns and content rollouts are consistent across email, social,

web, print, and other channels.

● Repurpose existing content into usable materials for multiple platforms and audiences.

● Draft, assemble, and edit marketing copy using existing materials, templates, brand voice,

and AI tools.

● Help build or coordinate newsletters, campaign pieces, social posts, landing page briefs,

print pieces, and other marketing assets.

● Support basic design, data entry, formatting, and production needs using existing templates

and brand guidelines.

● Organize project details, creative assets, copy, approvals, links, notes, and final deliverables.

● Know when something needs strategic, creative, or leadership review and proactively flag it

at the right time.

● Help make sure work does not sit, disappear, or require repeated chasing to get completed.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong project coordination, task management, and follow-through.

● Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.

● A proactive work style, with the ability to see what needs to happen next and move it

forward.

● Comfort managing multiple active projects, recurring workflows, and deadlines.

● Strong copy editing, content assembly, and organizational skills.

● Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them thoughtfully to support marketing

production.

● Basic design sensibility and comfort working with templates in tools like Canva or similar

platforms.

● Clear communication skills and the ability to ask good questions when a request is vague.

● Good judgment around when to move independently and when to escalate for strategic or

creative review.

● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven marketing environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is part project manager, part content coordinator, and part production

executor. They are not just waiting for tasks to be assigned; they are looking at what is open, what

is stuck, what needs follow-up, and what can be completed. They help turn ideas and strategy into

organized action, consistent marketing rollouts, and finished work.

Success in This Role Looks Like

● Marketing requests are captured, organized, assigned, and moved forward.

● Strategy discussions and creative ideas are translated into clear rollout plans.

● Project statuses and timelines stay current.

● Recurring workflows happen consistently with less last-minute scrambling.

● Campaigns and content are executed across the right channels.

● Drafts, briefs, newsletters, social posts, and campaign materials are assembled faster.

● Leadership is brought in at the right moments for strategic or creative review.

● Fewer projects require chasing, and more work gets completed.
