Parcion Private Wealth is looking for a dynamic individual and team player to assist our firm in delivering legendary operations and client service. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join our firm. As the first person our clients speak to when they onboard, call, or visit our office, you will be the trusted partner and the catalyst to delivering Parcion's legendary service.

Compensation: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 base salary, plus annual bonus. Final offer is based on individual experience, qualifications, and any additional designations.
Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary contact for client onboarding, account administration, technology tools, phone support, and meeting coordination.
- Delivers an exceptional client experience with meticulous attention to detail, educating clients on account services, processes, and online tools.
- Provides accurate, timely, and proactive client support, including processing account paperwork and resolving inquiries.
- Prepares and processes ACH, wire, and check requests for clients.
- Researches and resolves client issues promptly, escalating as needed to advisory teams.
- Prepares client materials for prospective and current clients, including presentations and reports.
- Supports the onboarding process for new client relationships and maintains organized records and documentation.
- Maintains and monitors internal databases and electronic records in accordance with firm policies.
- Utilizes Salesforce CRM to document all client and operational activities.
- Manages projects and oversees assigned tasks of entry-level team members.
- Provides cross-functional support including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining SOPs, and supporting internal initiatives.
- Contributes to firmwide projects focused on process improvement and client experience enhancement.
- Participates in key growth initiatives such as strategic client development, COI engagement, and family office network expansion.
- Assists with client events and special projects as assigned.
- Develops technical expertise across all areas of the business through ongoing training.
- Manages multiple priorities and delivers results in a fast-paced, high-response environment.
- Brings 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an RIA, MFO, or boutique wealth management firm.
- Demonstrates a client-service mindset with proven experience supporting UHNW, multi-generational, and business-owner relationships.
- Applies strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial interpretation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates complex financial concepts clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
- Operates with high technology proficiency including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM, and performance reporting software.
- Maintains operational and compliance awareness with a strong sense of risk management.
- Organizes priorities with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through across in-person and virtual teams.
- Thrives in a collaborative, growth-minded, and entrepreneurial culture, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
- Engages UHNW clients and colleagues with professional presence, confidence, and discretion.
- Holds experience working within an SEC-Registered Investment Adviser environment.
- Possesses notary certification or willingness to obtain — strongly preferred.
