Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will be hands-on and straightforward, focusing on keeping our warehouse running smoothly and safely. After training, your duties will include:
- Picking and Packing: Carefully select products from shelves based on customer orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Receiving Stock: Assist in unloading delivery trucks, checking in new inventory, and ensuring accurate counts.
- Organizing and Sorting: Keep the warehouse tidy by organizing shelves, putting products in their correct locations, and sorting items for efficiency.
- Quality Checks: Perform basic visual checks to ensure products meet our quality standards before they are shipped out.
- Operating Equipment: Learn to safely use handheld scanners and potentially other non-complex equipment (full training provided).
- Maintaining Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Working as a Team: Collaborate with your colleagues to complete daily goals and support each other in a positive work environment.
