Parcel Plus Business Centers - Print Clerk

Parcel Plus Business Centers in Thibodaux is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented part-time Parcel Print Clerk to join our team!

This position supports both our parcel/shipping services and print shop operations. The right person will be comfortable helping customers, staying organized, completing hands-on tasks, and jumping in where needed throughout the day. 

Preferred Availability 

Evening availability until 6:30 PM and Saturday availability from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM are preferred. 

Schedule 

This is a part-time position. Hours may vary based on store needs. Evening availability until 6:30 PM and Saturday availability from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM are preferred.

Responsibilities 

Parcel Services 

• Greet and assist customers with friendly, helpful service 

• Accept and process packages for shipping and drop-off services 

• Keep packages organized and properly sorted 

• Help maintain a clean and organized front counter and work area 

Print Shop Support 

• Assist with processing print orders 

• Help organize documents and customer files 

• Perform light document preparation, including sorting, trimming, folding, binding, and basic finishing 

• Support the print team with general production tasks as needed 

Truck and Unit Rentals 

• Assist with basic rental support tasks 

• Help clean and prepare trucks or rental units 

• Perform light maintenance checks and keep rental areas organized 

Qualifications 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Dependable and punctual 

• Organized with attention to detail 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

• Willing to learn new systems and processes 

• Able to stand, move around, and complete light physical tasks during a shift 

• Basic computer skills preferred
