JOB SUMMARY

We’re currently seeking a Speech Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals overcome speech, language, and swallowing challenges through evidence-based therapies and innovative techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and educators to develop individualized care plans
• Implement a blend of proven and modern therapeutic approaches
• Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy programs as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment options and progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient history and outcomes
• Mentor students and participate in workshops
• Stay current on industry advancements through ongoing education and research

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology
• Current license and certification
• Experience with specific disorders or age groups (preferred)
• Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and therapies
• Proficiency with database management tools
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and attend professional conferences
