JOB SUMMARY
We’re currently seeking a Speech Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals overcome speech, language, and swallowing challenges through evidence-based therapies and innovative techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and educators to develop individualized care plans
- Implement a blend of proven and modern therapeutic approaches
- Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy programs as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers about treatment options and progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient history and outcomes
- Mentor students and participate in workshops
- Stay current on industry advancements through ongoing education and research
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license and certification
- Experience with specific disorders or age groups (preferred)
- Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and therapies
- Proficiency with database management tools
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and attend professional conferences
