At Parc Center for Disabilities, we believe in creating opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and joy. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Transportation team and help make that mission possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport individuals to and from our programs and facilities
- Assist passengers in embarking/disembarking as needed
- Monitor passenger behavior and report concerns in accordance with behavior plans
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable
- Communicate with dispatch regarding incidents or passenger changes
- Maintain accurate trip documentation
- Project professionalism and uphold our core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Empathy

- Monday through Friday! Split shift. 7:00AM - 9:00AM and 2:30PM to 4:30PM.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record
- At least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical
- Experience in transportation or care-related fields is preferred
- Strong time management, reliability, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working a split shift schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with varying mobility levels
