Compensation
- On-track earnings: $45,000–$73,000 annually
- Base pay uncapped commission

What You’ll Do
- Lead by example in retail, face-to-face customer interactions
- Drive sales performance inside a retail environment
- Assist in training and developing entry-level sales associates
- Support daily sales goals and team metrics
- Monitor performance and help implement improvement strategies
- Maintain product knowledge and promotional awareness
- Deliver strong customer service and close sales confidently
