This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and uncapped commission potential.
Compensation
- On-track earnings: $52,000–$73,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Lead by example in B2B client interactions and professional sales presentations
- Identify and connect with local businesses and decision-makers
- Present products and services through a consultative sales approach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
- Assist with training and mentoring entry-level sales representatives
- Support daily sales goals, pipeline development, and team metrics
- Maintain strong knowledge of client services, pricing, and promotions
- Track activity and help implement strategies to improve performance
