Every Paratech product is designed by our in-house engineering team, and all manufacturing processes—including milling, turning, rubber molding, and assembly—are performed at our state-of-the-art facility in Frankfort, Illinois, located about 30 miles southwest of Chicago. We are proud to produce high-quality, American-made tools that are trusted and used worldwide, with a strong global presence through our office in Denmark and an extensive distributor network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Will train on day shift (7:00a to 3:30p) then transition to 2nd shift (3:00p to 11:00p)
- Assembly airbags from layout to molding by performing the following duties
- Essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned and changed frequently
- Assemble all parts for airbag per specific order requirements
- Put airbags in oven for a specific time
- Drill holes per order requirements
- Use power industrial equipment to fill the bag with air to check for leaks and defects
COMPETENCIES
- Must have attention to detail for inspection duties and measuring materials
- Must be able to do physical work lifting, bending and twisting
- Stand for most of the shift
- Use power hand tools, saws, drills, hammers, wrenches
Education and/or Experience
- 1-2 years of manual assembly
