Position: Classroom Aide -Kindergarten

Midland Elementary School

Effective Date(s): 2026-2027 school year; positions filed as needed

Reports To:Principal

Employment

Terms: 10-month position

Part-time (see above hours); not eligible for health insurance benefits

Not associated with any collective bargaining association

Job Goal(s):To assist in establishing and maintaining a calm, safe, and pleasant atmosphere in the classrooms, cafeteria, and on the playground area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Demonstrated ability for the work to be performed
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate or acceptable.
  
  

Salary:$19.60-$22.45 per hour according to prior school-based experience
