Alumni Coordinator

Are you passionate about recovery and making a lasting impact? Paramount Wellness Retreat, located in the scenic Haddam, Connecticut, is seeking a dedicated Alumni Coordinator to join our team! As part of our phenomenal crew, you'll have the chance to provide ongoing support to our alumni and help create a community that continues to thrive long after clients have completed treatment.

As our Alumni Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between the past and future, connecting our former clients with the support they need to maintain their recovery. From hosting alumni events to tracking engagement KPIs, you’ll be integral in ensuring that our alumni feel connected and supported. Plus, you’ll work alongside a team of compassionate professionals who share your passion for helping those who are struggling with Substance Use and Mental Health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Provide regular follow-ups with alumni to maintain meaningful connections and support.
• · Organize, plan, and host alumni events that foster a sense of community and continued recovery.
• · Track engagement KPIs and report on alumni participation and progress.
• · Coordinate alumni meetings and support groups to provide a safe space for sharing and growth.
• · Work collaboratively with the admissions and treatment teams to ensure smooth transitions from treatment to alumni status.
• · Contribute to a culture of development and progress for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications:

• · High School Diploma or GED required.
• · U.S. Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
• · Professional experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUD) necessary
• · 2 years working in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment preferred.
• · Experience in Admissions or Recovery Coaching is a plus.
• · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• · Passion for helping others and supporting their recovery journey.
• · Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment.
