Welcome to Paramount Unified School District. Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Assistant Principal, Athletics and Athletics Director. The Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing the Tennis program. This includes developing the skills of student-athletes, fostering teamwork, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of players, and promoting academic achievement alongside athletic success. The coach will work closely with the athletics director, school administration, staff, and the community to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Previous coaching experience at the high school or higher level; Strong knowledge of coaching rules, techniques, and strategies; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes; Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment.
