Paramount Supply is a leader in the PVF , industrial specialty and sealing solution industry and we're looking for a branch manager for our Tacoma location. Our Tacoma, WA branch manager is retiring and we are looking for someone to fill the position and grow the store's business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations and report directly to the President of the company
- Management and oversight of all branch employees
- Drive sales growth and monitor branch expenses
- Handle customer complaints and issues when they arise
Skills
- At least 3 years of previous management experience
- Knowledge of pipe, valve and fittings (PVF) industry
Compensation
Salary plus bonus. Pay is based on experience.
